Ohio Black Bean Huevos Rancheros $9 GF VA
Locally-made corn tortilla, lightly fried and topped with Ohio Black Beans, crumbled chorizo sausage and vegetables, topped with two local free-range fried eggs, house-made fire roasted salsa and cilantro-lime crème fraîche.

Two crispy fried crab cakes, topped with baby arugula, local Berkshire Ham, local free-range poached eggs and creamy hollandaise sauce. Served with choice of creamy stone-ground grits or breakfast potatoes and house-made catsup (on request).
Duck Egg Vegetable Frittata $8.50 V
Local Muscovy duck eggs baked with seasonal vegetables and cheese. Served with green salad, and toast with house-made jam.
Shrimp & Ohio Grits $12 GF
Creamy Stutzman Farms grits covered with sautéed shrimp, bell peppers and onions in a tequila ancho cream sauce. Topped with a local free-range poached egg.

Slow-braised, lean bison shredded and pan-fried with potatoes and root vegetables, topped with a local free-range poached egg and pickled vegetable gremolata. Served with toast and house-made jam.
